Job Function :

Day Shift.

5x8.

Evaluate patients' physicalconditions anddevelop individualizedtreatment plansbased ontheir needsand goals.

Administer therapeuticexercises, modalities, andmanual therapytechniques toimprove mobility, relievepain, andpromote healing.

Track patients' progress, adjusttreatment plansas necessary, andprovide ongoingsupport and encouragement.

Educate patientsand theirfamilies aboutthe goalsand benefitsof physicaltherapy, aswell asthe importanceof at-home exercisesand self-care.

Work withother healthcareprofessionals toensure comprehensiveand integratedcare for patients.

Job Requirements : Job Requirements :

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy Program.
• PTA Registered.
• State Licensed.
• BLS Certification.
• 6 months of relevant experience.
