Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Brain Injury & Pain Management Program (Confidential Search)

Los Gatos, CA Full-Time $150K–$175K DOE Clinical Psychology / Neuropsychology Some travel for training (lodging provided).

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Fridays via Telehealth available | No weekends or evenings

MatchBukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist on behalf of a respected specialty medical practice in the Los Gatos area.

We're seeking a collaborative, mission-driven clinician to join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based care in brain injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management . This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a program known for its innovative neurobehavioral treatment model and compassionate approach to recovery.

About the Role

As part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, physicians, social workers, speech therapists, and wellness professionals, you will :

• Deliver individual, group, and milieu cognitive rehabilitation therapy
• Conduct neuropsychological and psychological assessments
• Provide psychotherapy for chronic pain, trauma, and TBI-related symptoms
• Collaborate with team members in case reviews, family sessions, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes
• Contribute to staff development and clinical training initiatives

Qualifications

California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD / PsyD-required)

Spanish bilingual a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

$150,000 – $175,000 DOE
