FileNet Developer

Required Skills :

• Thorough understanding and experience with IBM FileNet
• Knowledge of ICN and supporting custom UI using ICN layer
• Experience managing, installing, upgrading FileNet in an on prem environment
• Expert at setting up and configuring taxonomy, document classes, repositories
• Knowledgeable about FileNet security levels (document, doc class, practice groups etc)Experience using and implementing IER
• Experience integrating with 3P vendors like Iron Mountain, Crown
• Knowledgeable on retention plan management, disposition cycles, customizations in IER
• Knowledgeable in customizing disposition process to meet business needs
• Experience integrating FileNet instance with custom applications as well as with 3P applications like Box, etc using standard connectors
• Experience with DataCap and OCR capabilities in FileNet
• Experience with workflow management
• Demonstrated experience with adding custom features to existing FileNet instance
• Experience integrating / leveraging GenAI or in general AI capabilities within the context of document management or content management
• Strong knowledge about FileNet APIs
• Knowledgeable in exposing APIs to other systems within the eco system
• Demonstrated functional experience in document management domain and working with
