SUMMARY

We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst that rounds out our North American FP&A team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Financial Planning :  Supports the development and execution of financial and operational plans throughout the planning cycles (forecasting, budgeting, inventory planning). Tracks performance against budget, analyzes variances, and provides recommendations to optimize resource allocation based on financial performance.
• Financial Reporting :  Provides reporting and analysis of financial, operating and sales data on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis and intermittently throughout the year as needed.
• Supports the North American business by creating and managing financial models and delivering insights on key operational metrics.
• Business Analytics acumen needed to understand and communicate trends and risk factors, and to escalate issues on a timely basis.
• Analysis of existing processes and working to improve or adapt new processes as necessary. This will be a “roll-up-the-sleeves” person who will help to improve business processes as the organization grows.
• The analyst will facilitate a better understanding of the drivers of our business and supporting decisions on future investments, by : Analyzing and defining the dependencies between the different drivers; andProposing implementation of new or adapted metrics
• Assist Accounting team with month end closing responsibilities and reporting.
