Job Details

Reporting To: The Cleaning/Processing Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Main tasks will include counting, sorting, and cleaning parts
• Processing and cleaning parts
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to change tasks according to prioritized jobs
• Work with sheet metal and operate machinery
• Work with supervisors to ensure priority jobs are scheduled.
• Meet daily with the managers on efficiency and fill out efficiency data reports.
• Update the GEMBA board daily.
• Allocate jobs and equipment based on production needs.
• Other job duties may be added as required.
• Lead dept employees and follow-up their work progress

Physical Requirements:

• Warehouse environment where temperature ranges based on seasonal weather
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, pull, and push with hands and arms, reach overhead, and talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb or balance
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally required to sit
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
