Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization.

  • Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations.
  • Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations.
  • Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborate to establish control systems for accountability.
  • Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.

    Education :

  • Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience

    • required, with 4 of those years being in leadership / management.
