We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Risk Management Analytics to spearhead a team of analysts dedicated to delivering customized, strategic insights to our largest and most complex clients. In this pivotal leadership role within our Consultative Analytics team, you will drive innovation and create tailored analytics solutions that fulfill the intricate needs of our risk management clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. You will lead the identification of program improvement opportunities, develop insightful, data-driven recommendations, and present findings to senior executives and clients.

A client-focused approach, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, is crucial for success in this role. Qualified applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably a Master's or MBA, and have at least 7 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis. Proven leadership experience within analytics teams, expertise in hypothesis-driven analysis, and proficiency in data visualization and executive reporting are essential.

Experience in insurance, risk management, actuarial sciences, or consulting is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, a client-facing background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will set you apart. Key competencies for this role include strategic thinking, leadership, a client-centric mindset, strong collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Limited travel is expected, at less than 10%.
