Busy and growing practice that values work-life balance Clinics in Moline, IL and Davenport, IA Multi-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Moline, IL and Davenport, IA $600k 2 year Salary Guarantee with the competitive productions model $50k Signing Bonus + $10k Moving Expenses Benefit package (Medical, Dental, Malpractice, Retirement Plan) Partnership opportunity in both the practice and ambulatory surgery center. Paid-Time Off : 6 weeks CME : 1 week and $5k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Illinois and Iowa Medical License, or ability to obtain. General and / or Advanced GI skill set Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates
