Summary : Seeking a full-time CRNA in Fairfield, Ohio. Great compensation and quality of life! 4 or 5 day work weeks available! $215K base, 7 weeks PTO, and a sign-on bonus up to $90K!

Cases include : Major vascular, general, ENT, ortho, podiatry, urology, opth and the opportunity to do blocks!
