Key Responsibilities
Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory to meet set metrics and goals
Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships through regular engagement and face-to-face visits
Educate brokers on the company's value proposition and ensure proper training for existing brokers
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive
Proven ability to source, develop, and grow broker relationships
Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
High initiative and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
