A company is looking for a Customer Support Operations Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates with corporate personnel and external customers, responding to correspondence through various channels
Compiles and reviews orders related to billing program or service issues, correcting business process exceptions
Processes customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications
One or more years of experience in researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex customer data
Experience with CARE and Income Qualified programs is preferred
Familiarity with software such as C4, S4, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate basic office equipment
