Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Schedule : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks Holidays : 2 per year (1 Summer & 1 Winter) Training includes ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and Charge RN cross-training. Float between ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Adapt quickly to various unit protocols while maintaining clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry, with 2 years preferred. Flexibility : Must meet specific shift requirements. Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, and IV ultrasound. Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles to enhance leadership abilities. Licenses & Certifications : Valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Skills : Demonstrated ability in patient care, flexibility in critical decision-making, communication skills, teamwork, and professional development engagement.
