[job_card.job_description]Prior EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.). Strong knowledge of building and sustaining effective EH&S programs. Skilled in presenting and training team members. Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of demonstrating strong leadership. Proven ability to build and maintain cohesive teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to help foster a world-class Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) culture. This role will partner with team members and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, drive safety initiatives, and reduce workplace risks and injuries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support employees and leaders in identifying hazards, reporting incidents, and developing a robust safety program.
- Collaborate with EH&S Managers to lead facility-wide EH&S initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA General Industry Standards, West Fraser policies, and all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Deliver EH&S training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Track and report progress toward EH&S goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely EH&S records and reports.
- Provide first aid and triage support for employees and contractors when needed.
- Contribute to health screenings, education programs, OSHA recordkeeping, hearing conservation, and other health-related processes.
