[job_card.job_description]CPA license required. 3-6 years of experience as a senior-level accountant or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of overall experience in certified public accounting firms. Technical proficiency with the ability to manage complete engagements and a book of business. Life insurance. 401(k) Safe Harbor 3%, 401(k) Match 2%, Profit Sharing 5%. Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 95% coverage of the base medical plan.
Our client is looking for a Tax Manager to join full-time. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and complete routine engagements.
- Oversee Tax Associates and Tax Seniors, providing feedback and evaluating their progress.
- Develop expertise in assigned areas.
- Cultivate new client relationships beneficial to the firm.
- Assist with firm administrative functions as assigned by partners.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
- Demonstrate high proficiency and knowledge of the firm's policies and procedures.
- Exhibit qualities and abilities deemed effective at this level by the partners.
