ServiceNow -Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Manager - Tech Consulting - Open Location

Join EY to lead ServiceNow transformation for global clients. This role focuses on delivering innovative ESM solutions, building client relationships, and guiding cross‑functional delivery teams.

Location

Anywhere in the United States – remote with regular travel to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow ESM / GBS workstreams, managing delivery from planning to execution.
  • Track project deliverables, status, and performance objectivesli>
  • Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to architect and implement system solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore consultants.
  • Drive pre‑sales efforts, creating proposals and estimates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of ServiceNow project experience, including implementation in HR, CS, field service, or source‑to‑pay.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum two of the following ServiceNow certifications : HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management.
  • Excellent business acumen, executive communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably a Big 4 or equivalent.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Desired Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Experience in ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
  • Performance analytics and reporting certifications are a plus.
