About the Position

LocumJobsNetwork is working with Curative to find a qualified Psychiatry MD in Bangor, Maine, 04401!

An immediate Locums Assignment awaits an Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in scenic Maine.

• Practice Setting
• Inpatient setting focused exclusively on Child and Adolescent populations.
• The department features 50 beds and a high level of professional support.
• Work alongside a collaborative team including Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
• Schedule
• Ongoing need starting in early 2026
• Monday through Friday workdays.
• The scheduled shifts are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.
• Procedures and Cases
• Focus on treating a variety of cases including Anxiety, ADHD, and various Personality disorders.
• Experience is needed with eating disorders and developmental disorders.
• Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active DEA certification is required.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining a Maine State Medical License.
