Job Description

What You Will Do :

• Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systemsbasically, be the hotel's MVP when things go sideways.
• Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgetsyes, you'll get your hands dirty and crunch the numbers.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.
• Champion our loss prevention and safety programsbecause protecting people and property is priority one.
• Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
