Radiology Technologist I

Pay Range : $40.71 - $47.34 per hour, based on experience plus shift differentials.

A diagnostic imaging technologist performs all required exams in diagnostic radiology. Insures high quality patient care and adequate radiation protection at all times. When needed, he / she is required to provide coverage for both Newburgh and / or Cornwall campuses of MSLC.

Education / Training : Technologist must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Satisfactory completion of AMA approved school for Diagnostic Radiology Technology.

Experience : One-year experience preferred as a Radiologic Technologist; must possess high degree of knowledge and understanding in services and technology.

Licensure, Registration or Certification : Must be licensed by New York State, and / or registered by the ARRT. Temporary Permit to practice Diagnostic Radiography is acceptable for new graduates. This permit is only accepted up to 180 days after graduation.
