You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing comprehensive patient care, ensuring that each patient progresses smoothly towards discharge.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will collaborate with the caregiving team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our patients, effectively communicating with staff, patients, and their families to foster a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments while meticulously documenting all actions in compliance with regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound clinical judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, both occupational and non-occupational.
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure appropriate use of over-the-counter options.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications :

Hourly Range : $33.00-$33.99
