Duties & Responsibilities :

The Electronics Repair Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the electronics repair department. This position is primarily focused on managing workflow, coordinating technician assignments, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of service orders. The supervisor serves as the central point of contact for technical guidance, administrative support, and process optimization, driving team performance and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This role functions as a key point of contact for Customer Care requests and repair related actions for CS value stream activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Provides direction and gains compliance. Takes responsibility for subordinates’ activities.
• Responsible for On Time Delivery and Quality of Repairs in Service Center.
• Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent organizational Skills a must including prioritization of work, time management and project management tools.
• Responsible for executing area 5S plan
• Coordinate use of resources to optimize efficiency including coordinating ATE time
• Update Daily reporting, coordinate overtime, address holds daily / weekly (as required).
• Respond to OTS and Quality related questions from Customer Care
• Support Overtime requirements including working weekends as necessary (rotational)
• Support and execute Cross Training plans
• Report and address daily OTS Risks and Results
• Coordinates planned absences with supervision, reports unplanned absences in a timely manner.
• Recognizes and reports quality problems. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
