This position is for office coverage Mondays, Fridays and every other Thursday; cath lab coverage Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Thursday; weeknight call coverage (5p-7a) twice a week; 1 : 4 weekend call coverage 5p Friday-7a Monday (no rounding).

Office : Mon / Fri / Thurs 8a-430p

Cathlab : Tues / Wed / Thurs 7a-530p

Dayshift : Mon-Fri 7a-5p

Weeknight Call : Mon-Fri 5p-7a but will consider 6p-6a

24hr Weekend Call : Sat-Sun 7a-7a

Job Information

May get called in 0 - 4 times throughout a weekend. Our staff is usually called in 10 times a month on average. Hospitalists do the admission. We see patients in consult only. Cardiology is not the admitting physician. Will need to cover STEMIs, cardiac caths, interventions and it's preferred that the provider can perform urgent Acute Pulmonary Emboli.
