How will you contribute to the team?

• Provides guidance and consultation to Project Managers with general financial management of design and construction projects.
• Manages the collection and organization project and program level data from various sources.
• Participates in the establishment and management of KPIs to drive decision making.
• Supervises the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
• Participates in the design and back-end support for dashboard-level reporting of project and program cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Organizes project reviews throughout the life of each project.
• Directs cost analysis and control activities.
• Directs schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities, as required by client needs
• Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Creates project and program level cost and schedule reports.
• Provides regular, timely updates on project status to senior leadership.
• Participates in the establishment and compliance of document control best practices.
• Ensures projects are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, Program Management Plan and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Focus on Cost Management, responsibilities include, but not limited to project controls setup and Construction Manager, Architect / Engineer and other vendor onboarding, budget development and project funding support, support client procurement team with bid reviews and contract setup, cost and forecast updates and reporting, cashflow updates and projections, change order review, invoice review, and project closeout tasks.
• Scheduling review services is a potential option, need to be determined by client
