As a Cath Lab RN, you will need an active RN license in North Carolina, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab or critical care setting, and Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with interventional cardiology procedures, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Cath Lab : if they have no vascular cases – they could assist in Cath Lab but they will be scheduled 4(10s) in the Vascular Lab : right and left heart Cath with intervention, complex PCI, pericardiocentesis, etc. – mostly radial but some femoral
