California Licensed Apheresis Recruiter

A company is looking for an Apheresis Telerecruitment Representative to recruit blood donors and manage scheduling and records remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact current apheresis and whole blood donors by telephone to recruit for donations

Schedule appointments to maximize donor participation each day

Maintain accurate records of donors contacted and appointments scheduled

Required Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent required

1 year of related experience preferred

Ability to work on a team and experience with computers

Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks

Combination of education and experience may be considered to meet requirements
