Responsibilities :

• Lead estimating strategy with a focus on market expansion and margin optimization to support company growth from $50M to $100M.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, general contractors, design partners, and trade allies.
• Mentor, inspire, and demand excellence from the team while fostering integrity, empathy, and accountability.
• Champion innovation through new tools, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on high-value project pursuits and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and training to develop a robust, multi-faceted estimating team.
• Represent Temp-Con at industry events, trade shows, and peer groups to expand visibility and influence.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and competitive estimates with consistent bid-hit ratios that support growth targets.
