As a Stepdown Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in transitional units where patients require more attention than the med-surg floor but are not in need of intensive care. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and evaluating patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during recovery. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and committed to collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and monitor patients' progress, proactively identifying both sudden and subtle changes in their medical condition.
• Calculate and titrate medication dosages, administer continuous infusions, and closely monitor patients for any effects of medications.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Shift : 3x12 Rotating
