Marketing Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support their marketing team through CRM operations and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage email campaigns using Salesforce and ensure timely execution

Manage and segment contact lists within Salesforce for accuracy and targeting

Generate marketing reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience with email marketing and campaign automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Knowledge of A / B testing, list segmentation, and targeting strategies

Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and data hygiene practices

Technical aptitude including basic HTML / CSS for email editing and analytics tools

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
