Baptist Hospital is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to support our Pediatric POPS (phase II of recovery) at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville Florida. This is a full-time four 9 hour shifts 8 : 00am-5 : 30pm opportunity. This position requires about 4-5 call shifts a month.

As a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Pre-Op Anesthesia Care Unit, you will :

• Provide for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement
• Organize and supervision of care provided by supportive personnel
• Coordinate of care provided by ancillary services.
• Include patients families in developing an individualized plan of care.
• Educate of patients and families to their disease process and plan of care.
• Responsibilities include : Coordination and preparation of assigned room / case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case.
• This position requires call.
