Goodman Realty is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Property Accountant to support the financial health of our real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date property financial records.

Analyze financial data, monitor expenses, and identify trends.

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Collaborate closely with property managers and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.

Reconcile accounts, review transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Provide financial insights that support property performance and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required.

Previous experience in property accounting preferred.

Familiarity with Yardi or other property management / accounting software is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

CPA certification is a plus.
