About the Role:
Join The Lion of Judah Early Learning Centers as a Preschool Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are dedicated to providing high-quality early education in Windsor Mill, MD, fostering a love for learning in every child.



Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Engage children in hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Assess and document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning.
• Support children's emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• 99 hr Certifications or an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative and energetic demeanor with a love for nurturing young learners.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
