A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Project Manager, CX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation while facilitating communication with all stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and guide teams through launch readiness and project closeout
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of project management experience in customer-facing environments
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
Experience with technical and AI / GenAI software delivery projects
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
PMP certification preferred
