Health System in NW Ohio is looking for an experienced NP with a passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population. Join a community nonprofit who values you!

Job Description :

Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required
Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population
Must live in close proximity to Lima, OH (relocation may be required)
Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F
6 patients / day, 5 day workweek, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm, rotating on-call
Hospitalists admit, Open ICU
Not accepting Locums candidates
Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required

Compensation and Benefits :

Base salary plus w / RVU c ompetitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.

200 hours of vacation / CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
