Overview
Join an advanced cardiovascular team in Round Rock, Texas , as the Manager of Cardiovascular Services . This leadership role oversees daily operations across Cardiology, Cath Lab, Echo, and Cardiac Rehab services , ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care delivery. The ideal candidate is a results-driven nurse leader with a strong background in cardiac care, clinical operations, and team development.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations within Cardiovascular Services including Cath Lab, Cardiac Day Recovery, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, and Echo Lab .
Lead staff scheduling, staffing optimization, and on-call coordination to meet patient care demands.
Oversee quality improvement programs, safety standards, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Partner with physicians, administrative leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Direct departmental budgeting, policy development, and strategic planning.
Conduct performance evaluations and foster staff engagement through coaching and mentorship.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cardiovascular or cardiac services, including 2+ years in leadership .
Current BLS and ACLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred
Prior experience managing Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Cardiac Rehab operations.
Proven record of implementing performance improvement initiatives in a cardiovascular setting.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate : $62.00 – $63.00 / hour (DOE).
$15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
