Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Proactively reach out to current and potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our products and services.

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and manage appointments for prospects to visit the dealership to meet with our sales team.

Lead Management: Monitor and manage all leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better understand customer needs and expectations.

Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed established performance metrics related to customer engagement and appointments.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions promptly.

Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
