A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners via phone and chat
Participate in specialized tasks to support departmental objectives and stay informed on methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
MUST RESIDE IN NORTH CAROLINA
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Vocational training in a related field and 1-2 years of telecommunications experience
Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
Working knowledge of technical requirements associated with service offerings such as FTTP and VOIP
