Title : Laser Operator

Location : Oxnard, CA

Work Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday- Friday

Compensation : $17

Job Summary :

The Laser Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce precision parts and components according to company specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation :

Set up and operate laser cutting machines, including programming and adjusting settings as necessary.

Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control, to meet production goals.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
