Wat ga je doen?
Voortman blijft zich ontwikkelen en daarmee ook onze software Vacam, die op al onze machines draait. In de loop der jaren is ons softwareplatform Vacam uitgebreid met veel functionaliteiten om operators en andere gebruikers te ondersteunen. Dit maakt het een krachtige, maar ook complexe applicatie. Wij willen het gebruik van Vacam zo eenvoudig en efficiënt mogelijk maken voor alle stakeholders.
Het doel van deze afstudeeropdracht is om inzicht te krijgen in de gebruiksvriendelijkheid van Vacam en concrete verbeterpunten te formuleren. Jij krijgt de kans om dit traject vorm te geven en impact te maken op de gebruikerservaring van onze software.
De highlights :
- Inventariseren van alle huidige functies en gebruikersgroepen binnen Vacam;
- Onderzoeken hoe alle stakeholders zoals operators, support engineers en developers Vacam ervaren;
- Identificeren van knelpunten en bestaande usability-issues;
- Opstellen van verbeteradviezen en UI-richtlijnen om nieuwe functies gebruiksvriendelijk te houden;
- Optioneel : ontwikkelen van een proof-of-concept voor een verbeterde interface of functionaliteit.
