About the Role
Our client, a leading organization in the Chicago area, is seeking a Senior Manager of Payroll to lead payroll operations for a large, multi-cycle workforce. This role offers hybrid flexibility and requires strong leadership and technical expertise in payroll management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll operations for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycles across multiple locations.
- Manage and optimize ADP systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Lead and mentor payroll team members, providing guidance and development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Handle complex payroll issues and drive process improvements.
