Remote Lender Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Lender Services Specialist - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate required documents and provide customer service and fee support for the Closing Teams

Review Purchase Agreements and enter transaction-specific fee information into the database

Respond to lender inquiries and requests for fee information and prepare initial and final Closing Disclosures

Required Qualifications

1+ years of title processing experience with knowledge of real estate transactions and closing procedures

Proficiency with title processing software and MS Office

Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly and accurately

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
