Auto-Chlor System, a leading provider of reliable customer service and exceptional cleaning products for over 80 years, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our thriving Foxborough location. What's in it for you :

  • Guaranteed 40hrs. : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 am-4 : 30 pm (averaging 43-45 hrs. a week)
  • Compensation : This position offers a base pay of $24 per hour. With anticipated overtime, employees can expect to earn approximately $60,000 annually.

Responsibilities :

  • Effective Communication : Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • AP / AR Management : Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
  • Dispatching : Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Account Management : Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Financial Processing : Enter checks into the system and conduct deposit drop-offs at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Driver's License : Possess a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean record, enabling you to fulfill any driving responsibilities that may arise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office : Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.
  • Time Management and Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.
  • Ability to Work Independently : Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.
