Shift : 1st shift — 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM

Status : Full-Time

Days : Monday – Friday

Availability : Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.

Paradigm Ironworks is a Riverside-based structural steel fabrication shop specializing in high-quality stairs, rails, gates, and architectural steel for commercial, industrial, and public works projects. We are known for precision craftsmanship, on-time delivery, and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Fit, weld, and fabricate structural steel stairs, rails, and related components to precise specifications.

Work directly from detailed shop drawings and welding symbols.

Perform accurate layout, cutting, and preparation of steel components prior to assembly.

MIG weld using 71M steel wire for high-strength connections.

Collaborate with other welders and shop staff to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Ensure final products meet AWS quality standards and project specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a welder / fitter in structural steel fabrication.

AWS Certification required.

Proven ability to read and interpret shop drawings and structural details.

Strong experience with stairs, rails, and architectural steel fabrication.

Proficient with MIG welding (71M wire).

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
