The Production Supervisor position is responsible for guiding, mentoring, developing individuals and teams to effectively implement, adhere to, and continuously improve processes. This role focuses on fostering a culture of efficiency, quality, and collaboration, ensuring that established procedures are followed and performance targets are met. The Production Supervisor acts as a facilitator for change, problem-solving, and skill development, empowering teams to achieve their full potential and contribute to organizational success.

What you'll do...

  • Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
  • Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are consistently met by coaching adherence to standardized work and processes.
  • Monitor process execution, verify that operations are running smoothly, and confirm the production of quality outputs.
  • Oversee daily tasks and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and coaching problem resolution at the lowest possible level.
  • Facilitate the use of project management and process improvement tools and techniques.
  • Implement systems thinking to uncover and address underlying issues within processes.
