Join Our Team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse!

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will practice independently, providing both routine and complex care to patients in need. Your ability to manage clinical situations effectively will ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities :

• Exhibit leadership through the OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Provide nursing care in alignment with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, utilizing the full nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols, monitor for side effects, and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Document comprehensive patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, family members, and caregivers while identifying relevant resources.

Requirements :

New hires will participate in a comprehensive New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days, accompanied by preceptorship and competency validation that is documented. Our organization is dedicated to supporting your professional growth, ensuring you meet all annual competency requirements.
