Job Summary :

We are seeking dedicated and patient-centered Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join a top outpatient rehabilitation team in the Golden Triangle Region of Southeast Texas. Our practice is committed to delivering individualized care with a strong emphasis on advanced manual therapy techniques , ensuring each patient receives hands-on, personalized treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

Physical Therapist (PT) :

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient care with a strong focus on manual therapy.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment goals, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and facility standards.
• Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety.
