This is a full-time position, working with our professional plumbing team to diagnose, repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Salary for the Plumber :

  • $25.00 - $35.00 per hour +Commission and Incentives

Job Description :

  • Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Show yourself professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-maintained clean truck.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, feedback, and other documentation.

    • Responsibilities for the Plumber :

  • Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and able to diagnose, repair or replace parts / systems as needed, but we will help train or teach the right individual.
  • Continued education and training.
  • Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
