We are seeking CNC and manual machinists for a growing company in Medford. This role involves setting up and operating various machining equipment to manufacture and repair metal and non-metal parts, utilizing knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, and machining procedures.

Responsibilities :

Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.

Set up and operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, Vertical Turret Lathes, and Horizontal Boring Machines.

Use precision measuring equipment and machining tools.

Perform part repairs and fabricate tooling as needed.

Follow company procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist in training junior machinists (for advanced levels).

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1-5+ years of machining experience (varies by level).

Proficiency with GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools.

Ability to set up and operate both manual and CNC machines.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license.
