AI Developer (Machine Learning (ML) Vision Engineer)

Commonwealth of PA - PTC - Artificial Intelligence Developer (Machine Learning (ML) Vision Engineer)

Hybrid : Remote and on location work as needed along the Turnpike (Onsite work is usually 3-4 days per month)

• Hybrid role (onsite meetings at Middletown PA for 1 week per calendar quarter)
• In-person interviews in Middletown, PA.
• 1st Day onsite orientation

We are looking for a Machine Learning (ML) Vision Engineer with a solid foundation in software development and proven experience in image processing, computer vision, and machine learning.   This role is central to our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) project, which powers real-time, large-scale image-based transaction processing.

Description of Duties

o Object detection and image classification models.

o OCR pipelines integrating third-party and in-house engines.

o Image quality assessment classifiers (e.g., overexposed, underexposed, obstructed).

Minimum Experience

Desired Skillset

o Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.

o ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.

Certifications / Education

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation : $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
