Responsibilities :

• Inbound and Outbound Calls : Handle incoming calls from potential providers seeking information about our home care partnerships. Outbound calls will involve prospecting for new home care partners and maintaining communication, follow-up tasks, and driving growth goals with current partners.
• Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations to current and potential home care partners, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
• Provider Relationship Building : Establish strong relationships with home care providers, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Sales Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
• Contract Development : Meet or exceed contract targets by negotiating and renegotiating home care partnership agreements.
• Rate Analysis : Conduct Rate Analyses according to company standards to determine fair market home care rates for partners and clients.
