[job_card.job_description]Traditional hospital / clinic schedule Hospital-only, shift-based schedule On-Call : 1 : 5 weekend rotation (telephone and occasional in-person coverage) Outpatient Care : Includes 2–3 monthly walk-in clinic sessions (for traditional schedule) EMR : Epic Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care Hospital rounding and clinic visits Manage ~20–25 patients per 8-hour clinic day Participate in hospital rounds on a team caring for ~50–60 inpatients daily Collaborate within a multidisciplinary cardiology team Maintain compliance with all credentialing and institutional policies Board Certification : Must achieve Board Certification within 2 years if not already certified Licenses / Certifications : Candidate Type : Not accepting Locums candidates Not open to Visa candidates Not clearing 2027 fellows yet Open to 1099 candidates Competitive Base Salary Bonuses & Incentives : $25,000 retention bonus $25,000 relocation bonus (for out-of-region candidates) Productivity, quality, and performance incentives Extra shift incentives CME allowance Benefits Include : Retirement plans Paid Time Off (vacation & sick leave) CME funding Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Short- and long-term disability options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discounts Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
