What we are seeking :

Power Platform & BI Developer

Salary Range : $70-$80k Annually

Location : On-site in Troy, MI

About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building powerful business apps? We're looking for a Power Platform & BI Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how data drives decisions across the business. In this role, you'll work hands-on with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Fabric to design dashboards, apps, and workflows that make a real impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills, work on meaningful projects, and help scale our data capabilities as the company expands.

What You'll Do

• Create impact : Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and Fabric data solutions that deliver real business insights.
• Streamline workflows : Build automated pipelines and workflows with Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate to save time and reduce manual effort.
• Develop apps that matter : Build and maintain both model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps to improve processes across the organization.
• Work with data at scale : Optimize data models, integrate APIs, and leverage SQL to ensure performance and reliability across large datasets.
• Be a problem-solver : Test, validate, and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring data accuracy and seamless user experiences.
• Keep things running smoothly : Monitor deployed solutions and continuously improve them for scalability and performance.
